A deposit of $75 for members and $85 for non-members is required to hold your
space. The deadline for the down payment is February 28. The remainder of the fee is
due March 28. You may also pay the total amount by February 28.
REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS
For KAG workshops, an amount totaling ¼ of the cost of the workshop is required as a down payment to
hold your space. The remainder of the fee is due four weeks before the workshop begins.
Cancellation: If a participant cancels outside of four weeks before the start of the workshop and
has not paid the full amount of the workshop, the down payment minus a $20 processing fee will be
refunded.
If a participant cancels within four weeks of the first day of the workshop and has paid the full
amount, he will receive a refund for the amount minus the down payment.
If a participant cancels the day of the workshop or doesn’t show, there will be no refund.
If extenuating circumstances occur such as an emergency, death, or tragedy, the executive board
and workshop chair will review the request for a full refund.
If the workshop is cancelled by the Kingsport Art Guild, a full refund will be given.
