One college credit is available through Eastern Washington University, Office of Professional Development.
Those interested must attend the mandatory college credit meeting at 7:30 a.m. in BLDG 17, Lounge A.
College credit requires attendance for the entire conference and completion of a summary paper.

This session is a great follow-up to Jim’s morning keynote address. It is filled with the musical inspiration you’ll need to
keep energized! Jim will lead everyone through more of his unique creations in music play and discuss how they inspire
young children not only to move, but to regulate their movements….not only to sing, but to make connections between
the words they sing and the printed word. You’ll bring some inspiration, useful in the morning and afternoon, back to
your work with young children! Reading with babies and toddlers is a fun and easy way to build early literacy skills.

Come learn about the Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program in Spokane County. We will learn how referrals are
made, the eligibility process, and role of the Family Resource Coordinator and how an Individual Family Plan is created.
With information from PAVE, workshop participants will learn the basics of Early Intervention of IDEA, Part C, in
Washington State.

Center in Spokane. She will present an overview of autism that includes criteria, signs, differences, and most

benefits available at the local and state level.

identification and referral process will also be discussed. Come learn what the “buzz” is about!

dependency that has fostered programmatic and systematic fragmentation, uneven performance, and weak leadership

REGISTRATION will be on a first come first served basis. Packets for Pre-Registered participants may be picked up in
Building #17. Registration covers admission to the keynote, all workshops, lunch and dessert reception. All mail-in
registrations must be postmarked by Wednesday, February 18th, 2015. Registrations post-marked after the
deadline will be considered On-Site Registrations and charged an additional $6.00 fee.
 On-Site Registrations, in Building #17, will be accepted at the door on a space available basis only.
 Student Rate applies to full time students only. Confirmation of registration in current quarter must
accompany registration.
 Membership Rate applies to current members of any NAEYC affiliate. Confirmation of membership in local and
other Affiliate Chapters is required (membership #).
