mobilization, equipment costs, material costs and clean up and inspection costs. Labor costs should conform to US Department
of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics most recent rates.

Adjustments for maintenance, equipment replacement and contingencies. These are
cumulative and you must add all of the percentages that apply to arrive at the final
adjustment percentage. The minimum adjustment is 10%.
a. Add 5% of subtotal if final slopes are greater that 15% or benches are spaced at greater
than 25 in elevation rise from each other.
b. Add 5% of subtotal if more than 30% of the stormwater channels are unlined.
c. Add 5% of subtotal if length of access roads exceeds 5 miles
