From 2:45-4:15 pm on Friday afternoon and 2:453:45 pm on Saturday the board would like to offer a track of workshops that present the same Core 2 materials/information but from the perspective of different subject areas. Below, note the areas being focused upon. Presenters will be provided the core information and a training session to assist in the presentation of core information. The goal of the board is to see that all participants receive the same "core information" but geared to project interests and needs. On Saturday a second special track will be conducted from 10:45-12:15 am. Presenters will be provided some guidance in program development. Volunteers will choose to attend a session for their specific level of leadership. Club Leader - On TRAC and leadership structure for developing effective Youth-Adult Partnerships Project Leader - Conducting quality Project Club and/or Project meetings Activity Leader - How to effectively involve parents and youth in committee work necessary for Share the Fun, Camp, Picnics, etc. Parent or Episodic Volunteer - Understanding your role in the 4-H model and how to identify and share your talents and time. Activity or Event Coordinator - Assist volunteers in assuming a greater role in the ownership and coordination of county activities and events. Cloverbud Leader – How to effectively plan and develop age appropriate programs. Stress the importance of orienting new parents and involving them in the total 4-H experience.
