Formulate the aims and objectives of your project

Talk to the site’s neighbours. Remember, they are part of the community too.

Approach the landowner

8.
Complete the Heads of Terms

Investigate insurance

Give Heads of Terms to Landowner

Amend/negotiate Heads of Terms with the landowner

Give the landowner the legal agreement details, including the template lease
you were directed to by the flowchart. Depending on type of legal agreement
either:
 Instruct a solicitor to draw up lease using agreed Heads Of Terms
 Do it yourself using the template agreement






Exchange Draft Agreement

If both are happy print final copy, complete notices, sign and exchange.
