This section lists the changes proposed by participants or by AEMO since the last completed consultation [MSATS Procedures: CATS
procedure Principles and Obligations Version 3.2 (Final Determination) and MSATS Procedures: Procedure for the Management of Wholesale,
Interconnector, Generator and Sample (WIGS) NMIs Version 3.2 (Final Determination)]. Table A covers the proposed changes to the CATS
Procedure and Table B covers the proposed changes to the WIGS Procedure.

Tool (BCT) – Small or Large
Participants require an ability to manage bulk updates to NMI standing data such
as change of metering service providers. The requirement to action bulk
updates results from various scenarios such as Trade Sales, consolidation of
Participant IDs held under different ABNs, etc.
After understanding the Participants’ requirements and reviewing various
solution options, the PDRG has unanimously agreed to include the following
proposed changes to the CATS Procedures:

The following changes are proposed to the CATS Procedures:
Clause 42.3 AEMO Obligations
AEMO must:
(a) Where the BCT is to be used as a result of a participant request eEnsure all
affected participants have provided approval for change in cases where the
BCT is to be used as a result of a participant request (excluding ROLR
events).
