At the hour of 8:00 a.m., the Board of Commissioners of McCone County, Montana, met in
administrative session with Connie Eissinger and James Moos present. Presiding Officer Eissinger called
the meeting to order. The pledge of allegiance was recited. The agenda was approved.
The Board met with NBC reporters on a story about Main Street Rural America.
The Board reviewed and approved the payroll for the month of May, 2014. Voucher #12 for
warrants #80868 through #80911 issued in the amount of $37,226.55 and Voucher #1046 for automatic
deposits in the amount of $42,802.79 for a total payroll of $80,029.34 were reviewed and approved.
(Copies of the vouchers and payroll register are on file in the Commissioners’ files.)
Payroll Deduction Voucher #1047 for warrants #80912 through #80917 in the amount of
$29,091.96 were reviewed and approved. (A copy of the voucher is on file in the Commissioners’
files.)
The Board reviewed and approved county claims for the month of May, 2014. Voucher #1048
for warrants #71810 through #71887 for the amount of $74,741.14 was signed at this time. (A copy of
the claim register and voucher are on file in the Commissioners’ files.)
Tim McCloy, South Road Foreman, and James Jerome, North Road Foreman, met to discuss
road issues.
The officers’ reports for May, 2014 were reviewed and approved for the Sheriff, Clerk of Court,
Justice Court and Clerk and Recorder. (Copies of the reports are on file in the Commissioners’ files.)
The Board reviewed and approved time sheets for May, 2014 for the employees and department
heads under the supervision of the County Commissioners.
The June 2, 2014 minutes were read and approved as corrected.
The Board reviewed correspondence the remainder of the hour.
The meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
