Are there opportunities for financial aid for this certificate? No scholarships are available for students enrolled in the Training Certificate in Quantitative Methods in Public Health. Only degree-seeking students are eligible for Federal loans. Students in the Training Certificate in Quantitative Methods in Public Health may apply for private alternative loans. These may be available in your home state. Alternatively, Citibank of Maryland offers a “Citiassist” loan. The rate for the 20011-12 academic year is $892 per credit and usually increases by approximately 5% each year. If you satisfy the admissions criteria and are admitted to the MPH program, the courses in this certificate program can be applied to the MPH degree.
