Registration Fee is $25 by Oct. 9th. Registrations received after Oct. 9th will be $35. Cash (exact change preferred),
checks, money orders, and (credit cards with photo ID ONLY in person at the BTU Office). Make checks and money
orders payable to: Baltimore Teachers Union and mail to: QuEST Conference Registration, Baltimore Teachers Union,
5800 Metro Drive, 2nd Floor, Baltimore, MD, 21215. Do not mail cash. Return check fee is $50 payable by cash or
money order only. For information call BTU (410-358-6600) or PDC (443-642-5973.) Registration hours at the BTU are
8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
** Registration includes conference materials, bag, continental breakfast and lunch.
The fee must be received by Friday, October 9, 2015 to guarantee conference materials.
** No money will be refunded after Monday, October 12, 2015.
Parking: Participants may park at the city lot located at 200 W. Lombard St. in front of Royal Farms Arena for $9.
Shuttle buses will run from the parking lot to the Hilton from 7:30-9:15 a.m. and 3:30-4:30 p.m.
