ANNOUNCEMENT
The board of directors of Daido Group Limited announces the change of Non-Executive Director
on 18th December, 2000.
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Daido Group Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Ge Qin as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect
from 18th December 2000. The Board also announces that Mr. Zheng Peng had resigned from
the office of Non-Executive Director of the Company from 18th December, 2000.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr. Zheng Peng for
his invaluable contribution to the Company during his directorship.
