Sustainable Building & Green Re-modeling Expo in Hideaway Park. The Expo will run both Parade of Homes
weekends from 10 - 4 pm. The Expo will be marketed locally, to the front range and Summit County in conjunction
with Parade of Homes advertising.
The Expo targets the consumer looking to get educated about "green " and desiring to take advantage of the current
tax incentives to "go green" either through new construction or in the growing re-modeling market.
Start making connections to seize some of this market. If your business is providing products or services in any of
the areas listed below, plan on participating. For the purpose of the Expo, "Green" is defined as the following.
Eco-Friendly Development Practices, Construction and Design
(builders, re-modelers, architects, landscapers)
Energy-Efficiency
(heating/cooling systems, geothermal, insulation, appliances designed for efficiency, compact fluorescent lighting,
LED lighting)
Resource-Efficiency
(recycling materials, flooring & floor coverings, furniture & finishings, paints & coating, outdoor decking/outdoor
structures, exterior finish & trim)
Water-Efficiency
(irrigation, tankless water heaters, low flow showers and toilets, plumbing)
Energy Rating Companies

Rental includes a 10 X 10 space at Hideaway Park with tent, table and chairs.
Expo Space cost for both weekends is:
$500 Entry Fee
$400 to WPFV Chamber Members
$300 to GCBA Members
Sponsorships
Title Sponsor $1500. Business name on all marketing pieces in association with the Expo including the Parade of
Homes program Expo page and website. Business name on banner at entrance to Expo space. Booth rental.
Supporting Sponsor $750. Business name on banner at entrance to Expo space. Business logo on Expo page in
the Parade of Homes program Expo page and website. Booth rental.
