Annual Wellness Plan
With our new protocols for vaccinations and Wellness Testing, the expenses can be so
unpredictable. We now have health plans that include all the routine care for your pet.
These plans are paid annually, and then all medical care that is routine or part of wellness
care is covered for a full year. The fee reflects a discount of 18-20%.
The services included in the plan:
1) All physical examinations related to vaccination
2) Any vaccinations appropriate for you pet
3) Any wellness diagnostics appropriate for your pet
Canines
3.5-6 years: Complete Blood Count and a Mini Chemistry Panel.
7-8 years: Complete Blood Count, a Complete Chemistry Panel,
and a urinalysis.
8.5+ years: Complete Blood Count, a Complete Chemistry Panel, a
urinalysis with early renal disease testing, and radiographic
screenings.
Felines
3.5-6 years: Complete Blood Count and a Mini Chemistry Panel.
7-9 years: Complete Blood Count, a Complete Chemistry Panel,
a urinalysis, and thyroid testing.
9+ years: Complete Blood Count, a Complete Chemistry Panel, a
urinalysis with early renal disease testing, thyroid testing, and
radiographic screenings.
4) A full dental procedure appropriate for your pet.
This includes a Graded full dental cleaning and dental charting, anesthesia,
and perianesthetic fluids. Depending on the grade of disease present, other
procedures and/or treatments may be included in the plan. Procedures
and/or treatments not included in the Wellness Plan will receive a 10%
discount. Ask our staff for more details.
In addition, any other medical expenses during the year, excluding prescriptions and food
are also discounted 10%.
