Although space is provided for your major, you must consult your major department (which, in most cases, has its own curriculum check sheet) for specific information concerning your field of specialization. ADVISEMENT: It is the student’s responsibility to meet the requirements of the major, college and university in order to graduate. Students normally receive advisement in their major departments. Students on probation or disqualified, students desiring to transfer into CLAS from other colleges within the University, and students needing evaluation of out-ofstate transfer credits should contact the Office for Academic Programs, SS 111, (480) 965-6506.
