Lisheen Milling Ltd, invites your company to submit terms for the purchase of about
8,000 WMT +/- 10% of lead concentrates for shipment during September & October
2013 (final tonnage to be confirmed during negotiations with successful customer).

Present assays, see below table
In bulk, one shipment of approximately 4,000 wmt in
first half of September 2013 and one shipment of
approximately 4,000 wmt in October 2013 (at
seller’s option) defined as contractual periods of
shipments.
CIF Free Out – Antwerp/Moerdijk or parity
 Parity for Kokkola - €9 per wmt
 Parity for Odda - €5 per wmt
 Parity for Aviles/Santander - €2 per wmt
 Parity for Nordenham - €1 per wmt
 Parity for any additional port to be finalised
before confirmation of port
 Minimum shipment size to Kokkola is 5600wmt
LME Lead Price means the average of the official
LME settlement quotation in US Dollars for Special
High Grade Lead Metal, as quoted during the
official morning session of the LME as published in
the Metal Bulletin of London in US Dollars, during the
corresponding quotational period.
LBMA Silver price means the London Bullion Market
Association official spot quotations for Silver quoted
in US Cents.
Treatment charges to be quoted on US$/dmt flat.

concentrate shall be 95% (ninety-five percent) of
the full lead content, subject to a minimum
deduction of 3.00 (three) units/DMT.

Silver: The silver to be paid for each DMT of lead
concentrate shall be 95% (ninety-five percent) of
the full silver content, subject to a minimum
deduction of 50 (Fifty) gms/ dmt.
QP shall be LME/LBMA average MOSS.
Deductions shall be submitted by the buyer
Refining Charges – US$/Tr Oz. No Penalty to apply
Load Port Final without weight franchise.
Lead: 0.30% Silver: 20 g/t
1st provisional invoice -100% against fax/email copy
of customary shipping documents.
2nd provisional invoice on completion of QP.
Final invoice when all details are final.
Assays to be exchanged in the usual manner by
crossing courier i.e. Buyer and Seller certificates.
Buyer to furnish assay results on the letterhead of
LME registered laboratory.
Seller reserves the right to accept any bid or reject
any or all the bids received. Any bid submitted
under this tender shall remain valid till the bid
validity period as per the tender and would remain
so in case seller decides to counter the bid under
consideration. Should the seller for any reasons
refrain from concluding a contract with the
successful bidder, the latter shall have no right to
claim any damages in this connection.
Bidder to specify other terms that may add value to
the Seller.
We would appreciate having your offer of terms by latest 12:00 hours, Greenwich
Mean Time, on the 23rd August 2013. We intend to evaluate promptly and expect to
conclude the sale on 27th August 2013, so your offer should be valid for acceptance
through the close of business on this date.
Lisheen reserves the right to reject any or all offers and will not get into any
correspondence with any unsuccessful bidder. Lisheen’s decision is final and binding.
