 Supervision of test systems technicians, junior engineers and production operators.
 Provides Engineering Services like tester hardware and software installation and de-installation, software
customization and configuration, process automation, preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of
semiconductor Automated Test Equipment and Precision Sourcing and Measuring Instruments.
 Manages the Software development team for the Manufacturing Test Systems.
 Prioritizing workload to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

projects.
 Responsible in requesting and reviewing of quotations from vendors, generating purchase requisitions using and
following up the purchase orders until the product of services is received using SAP system.
 Provides all necessary documents for importation and exportation of equipment and other shipment items.
 Provides the status and whereabouts of shipped items.
 Reviewing of all maintenance and service contracts between the company and concerned suppliers or vendors.
 Responsible for the generation, updating, revision and history tracking, storing and archiving, deploying,
distribution and managing of obsolete documents.
 Ensures that only controlled copies of documents are distributed to the concerned parties or departments.
 Generates specification documents, standard operating procedures, qualification records, process documents,
process changes, temporary instructions, technical manuals, training manuals and other technical documentations
such as drawings, data sheets and pictures and encoding them into the electronic documentation system.
 Managing spare parts like critical parts identification, spare parts inventory, monitoring spare parts
consumption rate, identifying the recommended stock level of spares and encoding the items in the spare parts
system database.
 Uses electronic systems to store and track communications and log documents.
 Implements office TPM (Total Productivity Management).
 Ensures that all activities are compliant to the Quality Standards of the company.
