 Must not be in the cabin or luggage compartment of a
vehicle
 Can be in the back of a ute
 Can be in a trailer
 Can be on the back of a truck
 Vehicle should be registered
 Vehicle should be equipped with suitable emergency
equipment for the chemicals transported
4. Do you apply segregation rules when transporting farm
chemicals?
The vehicle requires restraint so that
chemicals cannot move during transporting.
Where gas cylinders are transported, they should
remain upright and must be restrained.
5. Are you able to restrain chemical packages on the vehicle to
prevent movement during transit?
Before collecting any chemicals from the
supplier, make sure you can secure the items on
the vehicle.

and pack goods in line with those regulations
