personal attacks or accusations. Any person(s) making personal, defamatory, profane, offensive, insulting,
threatening, insolent, slanderous or obscene remarks or who becomes boisterous, or who willfully utters loud,
threatening or abusive language or engages in any disorderly conduct which disturbs or disrupts the orderly
conduct of this meeting shall be called to order and if such conduct continues will be removed from the meeting
by the Sgt.-At-Arms to allow the Council to resume the orderly conduct of Village business.
