My/Our study with a suitable title and mention of authors, as stated, has been sent for publication in
your journal. This study has not been published, or accepted for publication anywhere previously, nor
been sent to another journal for evaluation.
In the event the study is accepted for publication, the “Right to Process” regulated in article 21 of Law
5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK), the “Right to Reproduce” regulated in article 22, the
“Right to Disseminate” regulated in article 23, the “Right to Represent” regulated in article 24, and
including the digital transmission regulated in article 25, “Broadcasting to Public by Tools for Signal,
Sound and/or Image Transmission,” re-transmission, transmission to public, power to represent, and
the right to transmit to the public by providing access to the Manuscript at the place and time they
choose and other rights stated in the present agreement pertaining to the Manuscript will be transferred
exclusively to the Publisher without limitation in terms of place, number, and content and in terms of
time, in turn, during the period of protection with the law in effect on the date this agreement is
signed.
Additionally, the moral rights remain with the Authors (henceforth, Corresponding Author). However,
the Publisher has the power to exercise the moral rights within the frame of the financial rights
transferred to it. In this scope, the “Power to Offer to Public” regulated in article 14 of FSEK, the
“Indication of Name” regulated in article 15, “Preventing Changes to the Work” regulated in article
16, and the “Rights of the Author which They May Exercise Against the Holder and Owner” regulated
in article 17 may be claimed against third persons. Against this, the right of the Corresponding Author
to prevent the publication—which is, in a manner, damaging to their honor and reputation—is
reserved.
The Publisher may reproduce and publish, either in whole or in part, the original or the copies of the
Manuscript in any manner or method. In this sense, the Publisher, in addition to publishing the
Manuscript in bound or unbound form, may also publish it in fascicles in a term or indefinite
publication format, in miscellaneous sizes and colors, or in print forms to be prepared for the visually
impaired. Again, the Publisher, in addition to reproducing and publishing the Manuscript in physical
medium, may also temporarily or continuously reproduce and publish in media for sound and/or image
transmission and repetition, which are already known or are to be developed in the future or such as
computer, mobile phone, CD, DVD, including internet and similar digital media. The Corresponding
Author agrees, declares, and undertakes that the Publisher, in this scope, may publish the work in
formats and media, such as e-book and z-book (enriched book), required by new technology and they
may make its applications in different formats such as suitable for iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android.
The Corresponding Author has transferred and assigned to the Publisher the right to publish and republish via wired or wireless means, such as radio-TV, satellite, and cable, transmission to public, retransmission, representation power, and by way of providing access to the Manuscript by third persons
at the place and time they choose, including digital transmission. In this scope, the right and power to
transmission to public, providing public access, to publish and re-publish via tools already known on
the date the agreement is signed or to be developed in future, such as interactive application, DVD,
VCD, CD, MP3, video, GSM, EDGE, UMTS, 2.5G, 3G, LTE, 4G, DVBH, CDMA, HTML, XML,
WAP, mobile TV, mobile streaming, mobile live streaming, catch-up, VOD, mobile, internet, social
media, IPTV, WEBTV, HTML, XML, WAP, GSM, iPad, iPod, iPhone, and similar intelligent devices
and mobile telephones that mobile technology uses, and original mobile media shall belong to the
Publisher.
The Corresponding Author has transferred and assigned to the Publisher the processing rights and
power arising from the Manuscript. In this scope, translation to all languages and dialects; conversion
to manuscript types such as music, cinema, opera, and theater or to use together with those; conversion
to audio and/or visual book; conversion to complete works; processing such as disseminating by
compilation, scaling according to different age groups, adaptation, abridging, and adding to database,
illustration and the rights and powers on such processes belong exclusively to the Publisher.
The Publisher is the owner of the merchandising rights for the Manuscript. In this scope, the Publisher
may use the name of the Manuscript, any character mentioned in the Manuscript, the names of the
characters, the events, photographs, line, and artwork for other purposes, either promotional or
commercial or otherwise, together with any other service or product in the manner it wishes and in the
sector it wishes. The Publisher may also register these elements in its own name as a brand or domain
name.
As the Corresponding Author, in the name of all the authors of the study, I agree and declare that I am
qualified for transferring in terms of the rights that I transfer and assign, that third persons do not have
any rights on the Manuscript, that the rights which I am transferring to the Publisher with the present
agreement belong to those mentioned, and that I have not previously transferred these rights to any
other person, that in the event of third person claim on any right on the whole or a part of the
Manuscript, such indemnity and other legal obligation that may arise from that shall belong to myself;
that I shall immediately indemnify in cash all damages that the Publisher shall incur in such a case,
and that the Publisher also has the power to terminate the power agreement for such reasons.
As the Corresponding Author for the Manuscript, I acknowledge that I/We agree to all conditions in
the section, “Notes for Authors,” in the Sanitas Magisterium and that the study I/We are submitting
has been prepared according to ethics rules, that in the event it is accepted for publication, the right to
make editorial corrections in the article to be published has been transferred to Sanitas Magisterium.
As the Corresponding Author, I declare that I am accepting the matters written in the present
