Michigan Boys Lacrosse Residential Camp II Check-In Process
TUESDAY, JULY 29
1. Check-in is between 2:30-5:00 p.m. at the Junge Family Champions Center (please see map for directions and
parking information).
2. Please bring all belongings and luggage into Junge as we will be tagging all bags and transporting it to the
residence hall for your convenience due to the unavailability of parking at the residence hall.
3. Loose items should be placed in bags that can be tagged.
4. Campers bags will be on their assigned floor lounge upon arrival at the residence hall after their evening practice
session and dorm counselors will assist campers with their baggage.
5. Once registration is complete campers are asked arrive at Pioneer High School (601 W. Stadium Blvd., Ann
Arbor, MI) for the first camp session at 6:00 p.m.
WHAT TO BRING/NOT TO BRING
Do to the luggage transportation process that will be utilized for camp check-out, we will not be allowing the following
items to be brought to the residence halls:
- Coolers (campers do not have a means to keep items cold anyways, we do not provide ice)
- Televisions and other large electronics (video game consoles)
- Air conditioning units
Resident campers should be prepared to bring to the residence halls:
- Pillows, bedding, towels, toiletries, daily apparel, shower sandals, spending money for pizza and snacks (if
desired).
- Fan (no air conditioning in dorm rooms, fans do not to be bagged)
Michigan Boys Lacrosse Residential Camp II Check-Out Process
FRIDAY, AUGUST 1
1. Campers will check-out of their dorm room prior to departing for the morning camp session between 6:00 –
8:00 a.m. which includes dropping off all baggage and belongings to their respective floor lounge with all bags
appropriately tagged (will be provided by dorm counselors on last night of camp). Dorm counselors will facilitate
the baggage process, placing all bags in provided bins and ensuring tags are on bags.
2. University Moving will transport all campers’ belongings from Mary Markley residence hall to Junge Family
Champions Center at Michigan Football Stadium (333 E. Stadium Blvd., Ann Arbor, MI) prior to the camp
concluding at 12:45 p.m.
3. Upon completion of the last session, campers will be escorted by staff from Elbel Field to the Junge Center to
pick up all bags and complete the check-out process. Campers will have baggage claim tickets in order to pick up
