Mrs. Tracy Walker World Geography Lesson Plans August 7-21 Unit: 1 Chapter: 1 GLE’s: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 CCSS: RH .9-10.3 Pacing Guide: Unit 1: Enhancing Geography Skills 3 weeks This unit reviews and reinforces basic geography skills needed to comprehend and interpret maps, charts, diagrams, and graphs students will encounter in their study of World Geography. Students will apply information from maps, geographic tools, and technologies that answer questions about the physical and human geography of the world.
