Woodglen Elementary School welcomes parent input regarding placement needs of your child. Please refer to
the 2014-2015 Woodglen Elementary Student/Parent Handbook (page 13) for a description of the placement
process.
Woodglen Elementary School values and respects all staff members. Please construct comments that will be
helpful to the placement of your child. Therefore, we ask that you respond to the following factors that will
assist us in determine the most appropriate classroom placement for your child. If you would like to request a
specific teacher by name, you may do so on this form. However, completing this form ensures we will consider
your perspective, but doesn’t guarantee a specific classroom or teacher. If unsure of a placement option,
please consult with your child’s current classroom teacher.
