Developed and administered a sustainability plan to ensure the continuation of the CDSMP throughout northeast Georgia. Certified CDSMP Master and Lay Leader Trainer. Administered two Lay Leader Training Workshops that resulted in 15 additional Lay Leaders for northeast Georgia.
