On behalf of the Ladies Tea planning committee and Camp Gideon we bless your

journey towards our 5th annual Ladies Tea Benefit to raise awareness and funds for our
Princess Camp Ministry that takes place in the spring. The benefit is an integral part of
providing local young girls living in at-risk environments the opportunity to attend this
life-changing weekend of camp on scholarship. Through a variety of activities during
the weekend we will instill character, inspire hope, and encourage them in their
dreams.

Platinum Level Sponsor: $1000 gift (sponsors 8 campers)
This level of sponsorship gains the supporter maximum recognition at the event:
recognition in the event program, 2 minute slot for video if provided, 1 promotional item
in event bags (no larger than 8”x5 ½ “), verbal appreciation from the stage, recognition
on the big screen, table in the sponsor area to promote your business and largest
recognition on our website. Platinum level sponsors also get four free complimentary
tickets to the event.
Gold Level Sponsor: $500 gift (sponsors 4 campers)
This level of sponsorship entitles the supporter recognition in the event program, 1
promotional item in event bags (no larger than 8”x5 ½ “), verbal appreciation from the
stage, recognition on the big screen, shared table in the sponsor area to promote your
business, and recognition on our website. Gold level sponsors also get two free
complimentary tickets to the event.
Silver Level Sponsor: $250 gift (sponsors 2 campers)
This level of sponsorship entitles the supporter to be listed in the event program and 1
promotional item in event bags (no larger than 8”x5 ½ “) and recognition on our
website. Silver level sponsors also get one free complimentary ticket to event.

Donations of any amount, as well as door prizes, are welcome and very much

Thank you for your donation. Camp Gideon, a 501c3 non-profit camp and retreat
facility located on Lake Allatoona in Acworth, GA. We host many youth, children and
civic groups year round. Reaching out to children and youth at risk throughout our
communities, instilling leadership qualities. Our goal is to impact lives, helping them
make wise choices grow in character and become positive role models in the lives of
others, so they will impact their community, enabling them to impact the culture.
Camp Gideon was established and is maintained through the hard work and faithful
giving of many supporters and volunteers. Camp Gideon relies on contributions from
