PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE Each invitee who wishes to participate must complete an online registration form in full by clicking here (www.ataftax.org). The information submitted is considered to be highly confidential and will be treated as such by the Secretariat. The information gathered through the on–line registration will be used to determine the necessary transport arrangements to be put in place for your airport / hotel transfers. CONFERENCE COSTS All delegations are required to cover their own costs of attending the conference (i.e. flights, accommodation, per diem, etc). AIRPORT SHUTTLE Based on the completion of your registration form, a shuttle service will be provided for you upon your arrival at, and departure from, Gnassingbé Eyadéma International Airport (Lomé – Tokoin Airport). EXCURSIONS AND SOCIAL EVENTS Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided in accordance with the conference. A welcome cocktail hosted by the ATAF Executive Secretary will take place on 19 October 2015 An Official Dinner hosted by the Commissioner General of the Office Togolais des Recettes will take place on the evening of 20 October 2015. An excursion has been organised by the OTR which will take place on 23 October 2015. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS A yellow fever certificate is required to enter the Republic of Togo. A Passport with validity of not less than 6 months. VISA REQUIREMENTS All delegates entering Togo must check the visa requirements for entry into Togo pertaining to their country of origin / passport. Nationals from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) are exempt from the requirement for an entry visa to Togo. Nationals who do require an entry visa, can obtain these: from the Togolese diplomatic and consular representations in their respective country. On arrival after obtaining an entry authorization to the territory for countries in which Togo does not have diplomatic representations. Delegates in possession of a service / official passport will obtain their entry visa free of charge. Visas can be obtained at Lomé airport at a cost of 10,000 FCFA, or approx. 15 Euros / US$20.
