JOB TITLE: Housekeeping Operative RESPONSIBLE TO: Property Services Team Supervisor WORKING HOURS: 37 hours & 16 hours per week Date: October 2012 _________________________________________________________________ OVERALL TEAM OBJECTIVES Properties are commissioned, fitted out and maintained to the highest standards and the Property Services Team works towards achieving the Brighter Futures corporate strategy Customers (tenants and schemes) report that they are satisfied with work carried out by the Property Services Team _________________________________________________________________ OUTCOMES Properties, office and tenanted properties (where tenant will be present) are cleaned and maintained to an agreed timetable and to the agreed standards _________________________________________________________________ SPECIFIC TASKS Provide a regular cleaning service across all properties, office and non-housing premises Complete work from prepared job sheets to Brighter Futures standards Assist in the setting up of new properties and developments Ensure that the working environment is safe The cleaning materials are properly managed on site and are otherwise stored safely GENERAL Promote brighter futures aims and philosophies to any agency or organisation in a professional manner Take responsibility for your own professional development and training 1 COMPETENCIES Communication 1.
