Early Warning Grades (EWG)
Mon Mar 9 Deadline for major changes
for non high demand majors
Mon Mar 16 Classes resume at 8 a.m.
The Early Warning Grade System is in place to alert undergraduate students of
their progress half-way through the semester. If students are struggling in a
class or classes, the students and faculty members will be alerted so that there
can be a time to intervene. For more information about EWG, click here!

Spring break begins on March 6, 2015 at 4 p.m. Classes begin again on March 16
at 8 a.m. We hope that you all enjoy your break!

"W" for full term (POT 1).
Change in Major
Mon Apr 20 UG scheduling ends
If a student would like to change his or her major to a non-high demand major,
the deadline for doing so is March 9, 2015. Non-high demand majors include
every major except: Biology, Pre-K - 4 and 4-8 Education programs,
Communications/Journalism, Criminal Justice and Psychology. The deadline
for changing to one of these high demand majors has passed for the spring
semester.

Registration
Course registration for the Summer 2015 terms and the Fall 2015 term are
rapidly approaching! For graduate students, course registration begins on March
23, 2015. For undergraduate students, course registration begins on March 30,
2015. Contact your advisors to discuss course selection as well as your personal
start time for registration! It is crucial that you schedule during your assigned

Come taste what the Dominican culture is all about and learn about our organization by stopping at our table in
Reisner. Reach Out supports education in the Dominican Republic while working to raise cultural awareness in our own
community. If you are feeling generous, we will also be accepting donations during this dinner. It’s going to be a fun

“You Don’t Know My Story”
Held by the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs
and the African American Organization, this play
celebrates the history, humanity, diversity and
struggle of African Americans. The production is
written and directed by Shippensburg University
students and is designed to take the audience on a
journey from slavery to present day.
