(£1.00 per ticket) Name: ……………………………………… Telephone: …………………………. Address: ……………………………………………………………………..………………………… ………………………………………………………………………………………………………… FRIENDS NEWS The Friends’ committee met last week to discuss the grounds at the school and is has been decided to put astro turf in the area where the children have the play equipment, and also add some extra play panels. This area is rather muddy most of the year and the children like to use the equipment all year round, so by replacing with astro turf it can be used all year round. The committee has ordered the required products, but the full price of the work is coming in at £7,000 and we are currently £3,000 short, so we ask on behalf of the committee that parents get behind all of the fundraising that has been arranged over the next 3 months. We would like to involve not only parents and children, but grandparents, friends and the wider community. **All of the children in the school for many years to come will benefit from this area being updated.
