Bel Avisilla hyvä voittoprosentti
Edellisessä startissaan ensimmäisen kerran ilman takakenkiä juossut Jean-Michel Baziren Bel Avis on
vahvoilla alle 181 000 euroa voittaneiden 4-vuotiaiden Groupe III-lähdössä. Yhtä suuri, 36 000 euron
ykkönen, Vincennesissä on tarjolla myös EU-hevosille avoimessa alle 500 000 euroa ansainneiden
vanhempien montéhevosten lähdössä.

5 Bel Avis on kilpaillut kymmenen kertaa. Näistä starteistaan ruuna on voittanut puolet ja ollut kolme
kertaa toinen. Toukokuun alussa Vincesissä juostussa Prix du Mansissa Bel Avis nousi toisen radan vetäjäksi
ylämäen lopussa ja rutisti lopussa viimeiset 500 metriä 10,5-vauhtia voittoon. Viidennessä parissa ulkona
juossut 9 Béguin Meslois tuli loppua tulisesti (07,8/500m) ja ehti toiseksi. Ravilla pysyessään sanansa
sanottavana on myös 1 Baltic Charmilla, joka viimeksi ikäluokan Kriteriumissa laukkasi ja hylättiin. Matthieu
Abrivardin suojatti oli huhtikuun alussa Groupe II-debyytissään Prix Phaétonissa toinen Bold Eaglen jälkeen.
12 Bajazet hävisi kaksi viikkoa sitten Prix Camillassa kymmenyksen Béguin Mesloisille. Thierry Duvaldestinin
valmentama 4 Bourbon Somolli on laukannut kahdessa viimeisessä startissaan, mutta menestyi sitä ennen
hyvin matalammissa sarjoissa. 11 Blue Grass hävisi huhtikuun alussa tammojen Gr II-lähdössä Prix Paul
Leguerneyssä ainoastaan takamatkalta lähteneelle Billie de Montfortille reilun mitan (ensimmäisenä
maaliin tullut Bardane du Houlbet hylättiin epäpuhtaasta ravista). Kärkisijoista pystyy taistelemaan myös
Prix du Mansissa Bel Avisin ja Béguin Mesloisin jälkeen kolmanneksi sijoittunut 7 Berry Félin.

Parhaat näytöt on Joël Hallaisin valmentamalla 10 Un Gars du Largella, joka voitti heti tauon jälkeen
toukokuun alussa. Viimeksi Lotteria-ajon lohdutuslähdössä toiseksi sijoittunut italialaistamma 5 Nonant le
Pin on kilpaillut kolme kertaa (sijat 1-2-4) Vincennesin montélähdöissä. 7 Global Midnightin montédebyytti
huhtikuun puolivälissä oli lupaava, sillä ruotsalaistamma nousi takajoukosta hyvin kuudenneksi. 6 Véloce du
Banney on usein ravilla pysyessään totossa. 3 Surlando de Viette otti viime montéstartissaan yllätysvoiton
huhtikuun lopussa Vincennesissä. Viime kauden loukkaantumisen takia väliin jättänyt 11 Un Team de Nacre
on tekemässä paluuta huipulle. Groupe II-tasollakin voittanut ori kiri viime kuun puolivälissä Caenissa
takamatkalta hyvin kolmanneksi.
