the service needed and eligibility.

eligible to receive grant-assisted
services. Our staff will work with

Seasons of Life Home Care is a nonprofit (501©3), Adult Day Center
licensed by the NC Division of Aging.
Services are available to residents of
Henderson, Polk and Rutherford
Counties in NC and upper Greenville
and Spartanburg Counties in SC.
Participants may attend half or full
days. Rates are available upon request.
Financial assistance may be available.

Adult Day
Services Include:
 Administering of
medications
 Assistance with Personal
Care: bathing, showering,
shaving and skin care
 Planned activities such as
crafts, music, seasonal
celebrations, etc.
 Snacks and lunch
 Enclosed courtyard for
outdoor activities.
 Supervision due to dementia
or other forms of memory
loss
We are open 9-4, Monday through Friday. We
employ qualified, licensed nurses and direct
care assistants who are CPR and First Aid
certified. All employees pass criminal
background checks and drug screenings.
Anyone may make a referral for service by
simply contacting staff with information about
the person in need. Seasons of Life Home
Care/ Adult Day Services does not discriminate

Who is eligible?
- Adults ages 18 or older who may need any of the following:
o supervision and care during the day.
o assistance with toileting, to include diapers/briefs and
toileting
o supervision due to dementia or other forms of memory loss
o assistance with personal care to include: bathing, showering,
shaving and skin care.
