Would the City of Denver be interested in a solution that proposes providing a port at the following Points-of-Presence (PoP)? This solution could potentially result in significant costs savings and give the City the ability to scale bandwidth to as high as 10 Gb. (The City would procure transport ‘last mile service’ from the PoP to their facilities at 201 Colfax and 10 Galapagos.) 1500 Champa St. 910 15th St. - Comfluent 639 E 18th Ave - Comfluent 1850 Pearl St. – Level 3 A1. The routing through the above locations would not be an issue but the City's expectation is that the handoff to the City will be at 201 W. Colfax and 10 Galapagos. Q2. Will the City and awarded vendor be able to merge the City's contract document with awarded vendor's Master Services Agreement? A2. Yes, the City will work with the awarded vendor on a mutually agreed upon contract and /or service agreement. Addendum No. 1 Request for Proposal No. 7061 Q3. The SOW requests scalability and pricing in 500 Mb increments up to 10Gb but the pricing form (Section C5) only indicates increments up to 2Gb. How should we indicate pricing for the increments between 2Gb and 10Gb? A3. Please add pricing from 2Gb through 10Gb in 500Mb increments to the table provided. Q4. Could you provide the projected award date and installation/implementation timeline for the project? A4. The estimated award date will be two weeks from the due date making it May 2. The contracting process will take an estimated eight to twelve weeks. Implementation will start after the contracting process is complete. Q5. What is the term of the contract? A5. The initial term will be three years with two one-year renewal options. Proposer shall initial here and attach to their Proposal.
