If yes, project is RED. b. c. 12. “Not Likely to Adversely Affect” determination and will the permittee agree to: Use the Standard Protection Measures for the Eastern Indigo Snake during project site preparation and construction, and Evacuate all gopher tortoise burrows prior to site manipulation in the burrow vicinity, and Inspect holes, cavities, and snake refugia other than tortoise burrows each morning before site manipulation, and if occupied by an indigo snake, no work will commence until the snake has vacated the vicinity.
