NEDA walk Feb. 28th - Theta already has a team and we would love to see more sorority women out there ii. Good way for new members to get involved iii. Everyone who signs up gets free shirt, free tote, and free 30 minute yoga session before the walk IV. NPC Spotlight: In 1902, all 26 NPC member organizations unanimously agreed to pursue certain procedures and ethics that lead to their mutual functions. I would like to highlight one today. v. NPC Unanimous Agreement (UA) X: This UA, pimary purpose is to protect the single sex status of our organizations. We have IX. an ongoing responsibility to publicly demonstrate this through recruitment, education, and Inculcation of members into our organizations without need or dependence on others. vi. This applies to men's recruitment. As fraternity recruitment is underway please respect their recruitment process. While they should not be involved with sorority recruitment, education or new member activities, women should not participate in their fraternity recruitment events. Feedback regarding VP Recruitment Operations - motion to discuss: Alpha Chi Omega, second: Alpha Delta Pi i. Alpha Delta Pi – we brought up with our district advisors and talked about considering changing bylaws so it could be dealt with internally in the future ii. Alpha Pi Sigma – nothing to add iii. Alpha Phi – we don’t feel like she needs to be voted out of her position iv. Alpha Chi Omega – we don’t feel she needs to be removed, we know it’s hard v. Gamma Phi Beta – we don’t feel she needs to be voted off and we appreciated that she stood up in front of everyone vi. Kappa Alpha Theta – we appreciate her standing up vii. Kappa Delta – we understand where she was coming from viii. Kappa Kappa Gamma – we understood her actions ix. Sigma Theta Psi – we had the same feelings as everyone else x.
