Boardwalk Condominium’s Unit 584 – Agreement
Please sign, date and return a copy of this Agreement with your partial payment.
Payment – Short term rentals (nightly/weekly)
A partial payment of $300.00 is due at the time the reservation is made. Payment in full is due 30 days in
advance of arrival.
Payment – Long term rentals (1 month or more)
A negotiated partial payment will be due at the time the reservation is made. The agreed upon rent payment
schedule will be done at the same time and the initial payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date
unless agreed upon in writing and negotiated prior to booking the reservation.
Damages
We make every effort to ensure that the condominium is cleaned and inspected between rentals, but we
recommend that you make a quick inspection upon arrival and immediately report any damages or problems
with the unit, furnishings or appliances to the condo owner. You will be held responsible for any unreported
damages to the unit during your rental period.
Hold Harmless Agreement
All rental tenants acknowledge and agree to hold harmless all owners, booking agents, housekeeping staff,
maintenance staff from any personal or family members loss whether it is physical, mental or financial while
renting our condominium. It is the rental tenants understanding that the use of our condominium is for their
personal use and any immediate family members over the age of 25 years. Any person under the age of 25 must
be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless agreed to in writing.
Occupancy Limits
If your approved occupancy is exceeded, a fee of $50.00 per person per day will be charged in addition to the
daily rate and you could be evicted and forfeit all payments made.
No Smoking or Pets
Smoking is not allowed in the unit and the Condo Owners Association forbids any and all pets for tenants.
Cancellation and Refunds
Any cancellation or change to the reservation must be received in writing at least 30 days in advance for shortterm rentals (90 days for monthly/long-term rentals.)
Cancellations received in less than 30 days (short-term rentals) or 90-days (long-term rentals) will not be
refunded, unless we are able to re-reserve the cancelled dates.
Hurricane or Storm Policy
No refund will be given unless the National Weather Service identifies Gulf Shores/Orange Beach as a
“Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area and orders a mandatory evacuation of the island. In that event, we
will refund:
A. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
B. Any unused portion of rent from a guest scheduled to arrive that chooses to arrive after the Warning
is lifted for a shortened stay; and
C. Any advance rent collected from a guest scheduled to arrive during the Warning period who chooses
to cancel their stay entirely.
Personal Items
Please notify the condo owner in writing as soon as possible if it is determined that any items were left in the
condo. Except for emergencies, the item(s) will be returned at owner’s discretion and at a minimum charge of
$25.00.

Parking Passes
The Condo Owners Association requires a Parking Pass. Your parking pass will be waiting for you on the
kitchen counter upon your arrival - and there is onsite security to verify that each vehicle has a parking pass and
that it is displayed on the dash of your car. If you do not find your parking pass please call At The Beach
Vacations at 251-752-6776.
