OUR MESSAGE

The Founding Wines of Europe is a team of Top Brands from Europe, like France,

Italy, Spain and Portugal. We want to promote together the uniqueness of our Family origin European wines, as we believe they have many things in common that make them different.

Our shared values are around terroir, legacy, lifestyle and innovation.

Our Club was created by the SIAL Group to promote innovative ideas in wines, all over the world.

OUR SECOND VISIT TO CHINA

We chose China for this new visit because it is the future of the wine world, both as a leading producing country as a growing consumer market for our brands.

This time we came with our "Trend Book" to illustrate the creativity of our brands. Our roots give us wings...

We are confident that the Chinese producers, gatekeepers and consumers will appreciate our values and wish to develop long term relations with our wineries and our brands.

1) Terroir

- Our wines express the identity of their soil, their climate and the legacy of men.

- 100% of our grapes come from the wine region and the vineyard claimed on the label

- 100% of the wine is from the year mentioned on the label

- Some of our vineyards are classified by UNESCO as parts of our World Cultural

Heritage, such as Douro and Champagne.

2) Legacy

- All our wines have been founded; most are still owned and run by families who want to transmit their heritage, their secrets and skills to the following generations.

- Our producers care for the future and believe in a sustainable approach.

- Our brands were often established for centuries

3) Lifestyle

- Our wines are not only drinks. They evoke châteaux, architecture, landscapes, inspire lifestyle and dolce vita.

- Our Châteaux were built centuries ago and offer testimonies of our rich history:

Club by Château de Berne, Sandeman by Sogrape…)

- Art has a key place in our inspiration to propose visionary products (Piper

Heidsieck partenership with Louboutin, Jean-Paul Gautier or Fabergé), out-ofthe box bottles shapes (Château de Berne, Mateus) or labels (Campo Viejo,
