Course Outcomes:
1) Identify the Industrial relations Scenario, its models and practices.
2) Understand the Legal Scenario of the Human Resource in the industry.
3) Discuss the legal practices which are prevalent in the present industry.
4) Evaluate the present industrial scenario related to labour problems with those of the future which may
arise.
5) Information related to working pattern and composition of ILO can be learnt.
