Policy for Use of St. Joseph Hall Immaculate Conception parish cannot afford a regular maintenance/cleaning staff and therefore hall setup and cleanup is the responsibility of the hall renters. The building is to be returned to its previous condition. Any visible food, trash, or spills should be discarded and cleaned. There is to be no smoking in the building. A form for “Special Events Coverage” is to be completed prior to hall rental. Insurance event coverage of $100.00 is required per special event. This money is due at least 15 days prior to event. The remaining balance of the fee is due at least 10 days before the event. The pastor will use his discretion to determine use of the facilities by local non-profit organizations since many of these promote or assist the church. All equipment and damages to the building shall be repaired or replaced by the person renting the facilities. Estimates are to be obtained by a third party. Because of fire regulations, no one is to rent the Parish Hall when the crowd is expected to exceed 400 people. Rental fees are based on commitment and affiliation to Immaculate Conception. A. Actively Supporting Registered Parishioners: A registered parishioner is one who lives in the church parish territory and has a verifiable history of committed financial support. 1) Shower/Funeral Reception - $250.00 + $100.00 liability insurance 2) Reunion/Dance/Rehearsal Supper - $400.00 + $100.00 liability insurance 3) Wedding Reception - $500.00 + $100 liability insurance B. Non-Registered Parishioners: A non-registered parishioner is one who has not registered on the official church census at least 6 months prior to hall rental but who currently resides within the official church parish territory. 1) Shower/Funeral Reception - $300.00 + $100.00 liability insurance 2) Reunion/Dance/Rehearsal Supper - $425.00 + $100.00 liability insurance 3) Wedding Reception - $550.00 + $100 liability insurance C. Non-Parishioners: A non-parishioner is any person living outside of the official church parish geographical territory and is not registered on the parish census for 6 months prior to rental. 1) Shower/Funeral Reception - $350.00 +$100.00 liability insurance 2) Reunion/Dance/Rehearsal Supper - $450.00 + $100.00 liability insurance 3) Wedding Reception - $600.00 + $100.00 liability insurance I agree to follow the policies as set forth by Immaculate Conception regarding the use of St. Joseph Hall.
