attached table for is a request for proposals regarding a prospect that is specifically looking for a Food
Processing RTE (Ready to Eat) Facility for sale or lease within Wisconsin. If you have a site that matches
these criteria, please submit specifications, images, maps, attached completed comparison spreadsheet,
and any other items to New North, Inc. for submission to the prospect.
Note: All submissions must be submitted by NOON TOMORROW, TUESDAY JULY 12 TH and must
include the attached comparison spreadsheet to be considered.
The turnaround on this project is tight, but please know that we are simply responding to the time line
imposed by the prospect.

Food Processing RTE (Ready to Eat) Facility for sale or lease
75,000 to 150,000 square feet total including: -50,000 sf Food Processing space; -15,000 sf
Freezer/Cooler space; -10,000 sf Packaging space
Minimum of 4 loading docks
Minimum of 6 acres of land
Entire state of WI will be considered
Desirable Specifications:



Building that is currently a meat processing facility, RTE (Ready to Eat), chicken, pork, beef,
USDA certified, food grade, food processing facility, meat packaging facility, or canned meat
facility
Processing area features smoke houses, ovens, and ammonia refrigeration system, one line
processing, raw meat production, and batch ovens
Other key features include sealed floors, floor drains, steam or hot water sanitation system,
wastewater treatment system, QC laboratory, segregated production and packaging area, and
demised raw/finished product areas.
Please Note:
Types of facilities that will NOT work due to retrofit costs or simply because they can not cost effectively
be converted to meat processing facilities are: dairy processing facilities, seafood processing facilities,
food grade "warehouse", or food grade freezer/cooler facilities with no production areas.
