What problems are created in MEDC’s and how can these be

What problems are created in LEDC’s and how can these be

How do plants adapt to different environments?

Tropical Rainforests, Hot Deserts & Temperate Deciduous Forests
are studied.
Students will complete an investigation involving fieldwork and
complete the write up back in lessons under controlled conditions.
This forms 25% of the final GCSE grade. The topic is set by the
exam board each year.

What is tourism and why has it continued to grow?
What are the impacts of tourism in National Parks and how can
these be managed?
What are the impacts of mass tourism and how can these be
managed?
What are the impacts of extreme tourism and how can these be

Is Eco-tourism the solution to tourism?
Students will be assessed using a number of past GCSE questions
focusing on different skills. All units have an end of unit test marked
using GCSE grades.
