PROJECT LOCALIZE Program Agreement By participating in Project Localize you agree to the following terms, rules and limitations. Please sign and return this document to the Lexicon of SustainabilityTM at the beginning of the program. All information artworks made within the Project Localize parameters are not to be reproduced in print format for any other purpose then displaying the images for pop-up shows and promotion of Lexicon of Sustainability and it’s properties. Any reprinting other than the original set of prints used in the singular granted pop up show, a secondary set for the school and prints for the individuals who participated, cannot be done without approval by the Lexicon of Sustainability. Any digital representation of the images must be credited and linked to the Lexicon of Sustainability and it’s properties. Digital use is not permissible for any form of advertising, promotion of a brand, company or product. Students are given expressed permission to present information artwork, which they participated in the creation of, for any academic or job related portfolio for the purpose of self-promotion for scholarships, acceptance into higher education or career oriented positions or internships. Photographs must be captured for the sole purpose of making information artworks for Project Localize. Individual photos and information artworks from a photo shoot coordinated for Project Localize cannot be sold or distributed to any third party, especially with the intent of profit. Written permission must be given by the Lexicon of Sustainability to provide the information artwork to a third party: including press, government agencies, and any business or proprietor. There is to appear no contact information of the farm or business featured in the artwork, including the last name of every photo subject. Any and all text included on artwork must obey the Federal Communications Commissions Regulation of Obscenity, Indecency and Profanity. It is a violation of federal law to portray indecent or profane materials to the public. Prior to any exhibition of student artwork, the Lexicon of Sustainability must approve any photographic collage created under Project Localize, or made to imitate the aesthetic of. Once student artwork is approved, a indicia will be added to the artwork by the Lexicon of Sustainability indicating it as an official Project Localize Information Artwork, which can then be presented as so to the public.
