Some Times and Stops Have Changed
The Woodland Beach Volunteer Fire Department (WBVFD) will be coming through your
community collecting new toys and clothing for children in need. Have your wrapped gift ready and
labeled with “boy” or “girl” and appropriate age range or size. (Please do not forget the older children
13 to 17 years old)
We will ride through your community with Santa to pick up presents and visit with children at the
times and locations listed below. Please note that the time we enter your community may not be the time
we are at your stop. Please allow us sufficient time to pick up presents and visit with your neighbors. We
do our best to stay on time!

We will also be supporting another great local organization;
www.blueribbonproject.org.
The Blue Ribbon Project was founded by a local Police Officer and friend of the WBVFD. We
would like to ask the help of our community in supporting The Blue Ribbon Project's “Backpacks of
Love”.
Along with our annual collection, we will also be collecting Backpacks (filled or empty) and item
to stuff empty backpacks with. Please Label these items with “Blue Ribbon Project”.

SANTA RUN 1
Turkey Point – We will enter the community at 5:00 p.m. making stops at the corners of Turkey Point
Rd & Brice Dr. and Turkey Point Rd & Knox Dr.
West Shoreham - We will enter the community at 5:45 p.m. making stops along Shoreham Beach Rd. at
Pennington Ct. and Cedar Ln. Then we will proceed to our final stop at Pine Ave. & Cove Rd.
Heron Cove – We will enter the community at 6:15 p.m. stopping at Great Heron Dr. and Great Heron Ct

Holly Hill - We will enter the community at 6:30 p.m. making stops at the Community Beach, Holly Rd
& Outrigger Dr., then we will make our final stop at Cedar Ln & River Rd
Selby - We will enter the community at 7 p.m. making ONE stop at the Club House on 1st Ave
SANTA RUN 2
Woodland Beach – We will start in the community at 5:00 p.m. by stopping at the Londontown
Clubhouse. From there we will proceed around Shore Dr. making stops at Beach 1, Beach 2, & Beach 3.
From there we will make a stop at Londontown Rd & Widows Mite Rd then continue around Shore Dr. to
our last stop at Beach 4.
South River Park & Pine Whiff Beach - We will enter the community at 6:00 p.m. making stops at
Wilmer Pl & Pine Whiff Ave, And then make our way to a stop at the gate to South River Landing, and
finish at Riverside Rd. & Washington Rd.
Southdown - We will enter the community at 6:30 p.m. making stops at Mulberry St and Mulberry Ct,
then proceed to the Circle on Southdown Rd, continue to the Club House/Pool, then continue to stops at
Hazelwood Rd. & Claiborne Rd and Hazelwood Rd. & Scotts Cove Rd
Loch Haven - We will enter the community at 7:15 p.m. making stops along South River Terr. at
Magnolia Dr., Poplar Leaf Dr., and Loch Haven Rd, and then continue along Loch Haven Rd making
stops at Walnut Dr. and Plain View Ave. Our final stop will be Plain view Ave. and North Carolina Ave.
Loch Haven Park – We will stop at the ball fields on Pocahontas Rd at 8:00 p.m.
This is a great gathering spot for the whole community, so come out and join us.
SANTA RUN 3
Colony Crossing - We will enter Colony Crossing W. at 5:00 p.m. making stops at the end of Colony
Crossing W., Colony Crossing W. at Old Trail, along Old Trail at Perder Ln and at the end of Old Trail.
Then we will proceed to the East side making stops along Colony Crossing E. and along Monarch Dr.
Please note that due to the size of the neighborhood and the large number of supporters it takes us 1 to
1½ hours to complete our stops here.
Ponder Cove - We will enter the community at 6:30 p.m. making stops along Ponder Drive at Crystal Rd
and Fairview Rd
Misty Ridge – We will enter the community at 6:45 p.m. making a stop at Sundee Dr. & Sweet Leaf La.
Saunders Point - We will enter the community at 7:00 p.m. making stops along Carvel Ln at Stuart Rd
and Lane Dr. then making stops along Carroll Dr. at Ridgely Dr., Lee Way, and Warfield Rd.
Beverly Beach – We will enter the community at 7:45 p.m. making stops along Cedar Ave at Linden Ave
and at Grand View Ave and then we will stop at the Community Park at the end of Beverly Ave. Finally
we will loop around Cliff Dr. stopping at Chesapeake Ln and Cherrystone Dr.
SANTA RUN 4
River Club Estates – We will enter River Club at 5:00 p.m. making a stop at West Shore Dr. & River
Club Dr.
The Landings/The Villas - We will enter the community at 5:20 p.m. making stops along Glebe Meadow
Way at Westfield Ct and Hayward Ct. Then proceed to Colony Club Dr. stopping at and the Community
Pool, then proceed to Colony Point Place & Howard Point Rd
River Oaks - We will enter the community at 5:45 p.m. stopping at Millhaven Dr. & Millhaven Ct. From
there we will proceed around Tilden Way sopping at both ends were Tilden Way meets Millhaven Dr.
Then we will continue to Dental Rd. & Suffolk Ct. and our final stop at Two Rivers Rd & Idle Creek
Lane.
Poplar Point – We will enter the community at 6:15 p.m. making ONE stop at the Club House
Withernsea – We will enter the community at 7:15 p.m. making stops along Rolling Rd. at Windward
Passage and Shirley Ln.
Follow us on Facebook throughout the day and during our run for updates. Sometimes we can get
a little behind because of the overwhelming participation in some communities. We will post estimated
times that we will be at a community if this happens
Other Items Being Collected
We are also collecting non-perishable food items, gently used coats, hats, and gloves for adults
and children. Please do not wrap these items. They can be picked up by Santa during the run or dropped
off at the WBVFD on the following dates.
Alternative Collection Sites
If you would like to contribute but your community is not on the list or you are unavailable on
December 6th, you can drop off your donation at the WBVFD on Tuesday, December 1st or Thursday,
December 3rd, from 7p.m. to 9p.m. or all day Sunday, December 6th. We are located at 529 Londontown
Road. Items may also be dropped off at Alter Ego @ Londontowne Salon located at 153 Mayo Rd.
