In the laboratory, if you want to heat a little amount of water, what should you do? First, you
can fill a test tube with water. Then hold the test tube with a test tube holder and use the
Bunsen burner to heat the test tube.
If you need to heat 100ml of water, you can use a measuring cylinder to measure 100ml of
water and pour it into a beaker. Before you use the Bunsen burner to heat the water, you need
to use a tripod and wire gauze to support the beaker. You also need to put an insulating mat
under the Bunsen burner.
If you want to measure the temperature of the hot water, you can use a thermometer. You can
also use the stand and clamp to hold the thermometer.
