The WWT Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy (the “Code”) is applicable to World Wide Technology
Holding Co., Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “WWT”), its employees, Board of Directors and anyone authorized to act on behalf of WWT. WWT will observe the highest ethical standards when conducting business, consistent with our Core Values , complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We want and expect all employees and agents to ask questions when in doubt about the appropriateness of a situation and to report known or suspected violations of any applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Retaliation against employees who come forward to raise genuine concerns will not be tolerated.
As an employee of WWT, I will ensure that:

I will not engage in any activity that might create a conflict of interest for me or the company.
This includes adhering to the company’s Gifts and Entertainment and Anti-corruption Policies.

I will not take advantage of my position at WWT to seek personal gain through the inappropriate use of WWT or non-public information or abuse my position.

I will follow all restrictions on use and disclosure of information. This includes following all requirements for protecting WWT information and ensuring that non-WWT proprietary information is used and disclosed only as authorized by the owner of the information or as otherwise permitted by law.

I will observe fair dealing in all of my transactions and interactions.

I will protect all company, customer and supplier assets and use them only for appropriate company approved activities.

Without exception, I will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

I will promptly report any illegal or unethical conduct to management (including any member of the Compliance Council), through the WWT Ethics & Compliance Help Line or other appropriate authorities.

