GUEST ARTISTS

Erin-Elizabeth Watts began her training with Virginia Ballet under the
direction of the late Tania and Oleg Tupine. She went on to dance
professionally with Southern Ballet in Orlando, Florida for two seasons.
Erin-Elizabeth also performed for Walt Disney World and Tokyo
Disneyland. Now entering her eighth season with The Georgia Ballet,
Erin-Elizabeth has enjoyed performing John Neumeier’s Shall We Dance?,
as Princess Aurora, in The Sleeping Beauty, the title role in Giselle, Snow
Queen and the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Swanhilda in Coppelia,
the Firebird in Janusz Mazon’s The Firebird, and La Sylph in La Sylphide.
Noel Dupuis trained with the School of American Ballet, Houston Ballet
Academy, Miami Conservatory and the Martha Mahr School of Ballet.
During the early years of his career, he danced with the Atlanta Ballet,
Southern Ballet Theatre, Memphis Concert Ballet and the Nashville Ballet
prior to joining Ballet West as a Senior Artist. While at Ballet West, he was
under the direction of Jon Hart and Jonas Kage and performed in a variety of
ballets including Cinderella, Swan Lake, Peter Pan, and The Nutcracker.
He also performed in a number of ballets choreographed by George
Balanchine including Mid-Summers Night Dream as Lysander, Who Cares,
Four Tempermants and Allegro Brilliant. In 2003, Noel moved to the
Louisville Ballet as a Soloist under the direction of Bruce Simpson. While
there, he danced the role of Vronsky in Anna Karenina and as Arabian,
Spanish and Waltz of the Flowers in The Nutcracker. After two seasons,
Noel moved to the Charleston Ballet Theatre as a Principal Dancer and
Company Teacher. He performed as the Cavalier in The Nutcracker,
Captain Hook in Peter Pan and Tom Buchanan in The Great Gatsby. He is
currently working as a freelance dancer, teacher and chorographer.
Jill Frere has returned to Knoxville after 9 years in New York City. There
she danced with David Dorfman, Ellis Wood Dance, Larry Keigwin and
Company and Gina Gibney Dance among others. Jill graduated from North
Caroline School for the Arts in Modern Dance as an NC Scholar. She
graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance
Performance. Her choreographic works have been shown around
Manhattan and the Bronx, and she has set her work on GO! Contemporary
Dance Works since 2005.
