managers to produce a financial management course to be conducted at a yearly General Manager’s Sales and
Operations Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada at the end of September.

2) So. California Edison - Irwindale, CA (Oct 2014 – May 2015)
Analyze, design and develop learning programs to assist in the transition of a legacy web-based system to a
responsive system based on current technology. Main target audience – customer support agents.

Instructional Designer, 2011-2014
Participated in the full spectrum of corporate learning and development activities including performance analysis, job
role and responsibility analysis, learning instrument design/production and Learning Management System operations,
maintenance and conversion.
 Designed, developed and produced an improved monthly safety course with over 4500 views each month. The
new training focused on making safety topics engaging and memorable. Resulted in a year with the best safety
record in company history.

Developed an instructional design methodology based on SCRUM which was presented and accepted by the

Instructional Designer, 2010-2011 (Contract)
Contracted to remedy a failing learning simulation project in parallel with the roll-out of a new network and
telecommunications enterprise provisioning system (UCLA has their own “phone company”).
 Using Adobe Flash, HTML, PhotoShop and FlashBuilder, built a menu system which categorized about fifty tasks,
allowed learners to see system work-flows and launch simulations in a “just-in-time” fashion.
 Made over one hundred software simulations within thirteen months.
 Created style guides, graphic assets and an avatar cast.
 Conducted presentations to peers, management and institutional stakeholders.
Dr. Fresh – Buena Park, CA
Web Developer, 2009 – 2010
Started an in-house corporate website which also included an e-commerce server, children’s dental health educational
website and various product “micro” sites for promotions, contests and games.
 Installed and maintained a Linux-based e-commerce site for selling personal and dental care products to dental
practices. Utilized Linux, PHP, CSS and HTML.
