You will lead a quiet life. B. You will attend to your own business. C. You will work with your hands. Application: ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________ III. This love ______________ certain fruit! v. 11b-12 A. You will practice obedience to God (11b). B. You will display a proper public testimony (12a). C. You will be self-supported (12b)! Conclusion: Do you desire to grow in agapao? God desires it and has provided a means for you to accomplish it. That is the GOOD NEWS of the Gospel. Imagine a church fellowship where everyone led a quiet life; everyone attended to their own business; everyone worked with their own hands. Two brothers were playing on the sandbanks by the river. One child was "…standing on his brothers shoulders". It allowed him to live! The tangible and sacrificial love of the older brother literally served as a foundation for the younger brother’s life. PRAISE the LORD this is happening to some degree at Cornerstone! Agapao says I will do my share… I will sacrifice for the benefit of others. If everyone would do their share (tithe, pray, labor) this church would thrive and God’s people would experience great blessings Why is this important to me? When you agapao… you glorify Christ… you are a blessing to your church… you reap eternal rewards!
