ICIAM 2015: Poster Session Guidelines Overview: Nearly 300 posters featuring research in the mathematical sciences will be displayed during the Congress. Poster authors will be available to engage in discussion and answer questions from the delegation. Important dates & times: Poster Set-up Time: Monday, August 10 (12:00 - 13:30) Poster Standing Session: Tuesday, August 11 (12:00 - 13:30) Poster Removal Time: Friday, August 14 (16:00 - 19:00) Acceptance: All posters have gone through scientific review and been accepted to be displayed. Poster presenters must be registered for ICIAM 2015 and paid the registration fees by July 15, 2015 in order to reserve a space for your poster. If your poster has been accepted but you were not able to register by the deadline, we may still be able to accommodate your poster. Please contact Prof. Weiying ZHENG at program@amss.ac.cn for details. Guidelines for displaying posters: Poster size is not to exceed 5’ high X 3’ wide (1.5m X 0.95m). Tables for laptop demos will not be provided. If you wish to include the ICIAM 2015 logo on your poster, it can be downloaded from the “Publicity” tab on the website. The posters will be displayed at the foyer on the 3rd floor for the duration of the Congress (August 10 13:30 until August 14 16:00). This will maximize exposure of your research to the Congress delegates. It is imperative that all presenters stand beside their posters during the poster standing session time (Tuesday, 12:00 – 13:30). This allows Congress delegates to engage in conversation about your research. Tea break will be provided during the period. Posters will be clustered by similar research theme (see below). Poster presenters will be assigned a poster location based on your research type, and will be notified of this assignment upon registering onsite at the Congress. We ask that no one changes spots with another poster and remains in their designated location. Push pins will be provided for each poster. Further Information: For more questions, concerns or general inquiries about the ICIAM Poster Session please contact Prof. Weiying ZHENG at program@amss.ac.cn for details.
