operations over two years for a large, complex, and diverse workforce which resulted in over 2,500 American

 Monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and managed spending and consumption which generated
savings of over $2.9 million dollars over a 3 month period by identifying over-projection of fuel use.
 Coordinated, monitored, and reconciled shipments of containers, bulk fuels, explosives, repair parts, and
refrigerated foods. Made appointments and supervised for pickup and delivery of containers and other freight
across 4 various military installations for more than $4 million dollars worth of inventory resulting in zero loss.
 Operationally managed intermodal, container operations and freight handling from port to distribution
terminals from Port of Tacoma and Port of Seattle to Joint Base Lewis-McChord railroad and trucking yards which
generated a 98% interchange rate for more than 800 global sea containers. returning from overseas.
 Coordinated railcar operations and supervised yard activities at USMC logistics base, Barstow, CA to
Headquarters, support operations, Fort Irwin, CA which enabled 200 troops to download 900 railcars in one week.
 Planned and managed HAZMAT for an 8.6 million gallon petroleum terminal and 25 personnel for six weeks
for a major military exercise in Southern California resulting in zero loss and delivery of 260,000 gallons of fuel.
Operationally Managed complex cyclic, sensitive item, and high-dollar inventory operations:
 Planned, coordinated, directed, and supervised issue of 6,000 weapon systems and associated equipment worth
$25 million from a U.S. government warehouse for issue to a summer ROTC camp with a 100% audit rating.
 Audited $4 million cyclic inventory for high dollar equipment for the headquarters of a logistics unit. Held
parties responsible for missing inventory.
Passionate about safety of employees and high performance standards: Championed safety and risk reduction through the
establishment and emplacement of safety action plans and policies, particularly for fuel, petroleum, explosives, and other
dangerous freight:
 Developed and implemented more than four safety policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures

Operationally supervised logistics and freight operations while providing western logistics advice to foreign officials:
 Coordinated flat bed, heavy haul, and containerized shipment for both American and Afghan logistics in order
to resource 1000 police officers across 18 substations.
 Mobilized and planned freight handling for more than 20 international shipping containers for customs
compliance and air shipment at the logistical staging yard located at Forward Operating Base Walton (A major
logistics hub) resulting in a 100% pass rate and the savings of over $140,000 in potential fines.
 Smashed through cultural and logistical barriers through the coaching and mentoring of 18 foreign government
officials over six months which improved supply chain treaty compliance by 60%.
