Terms & Conditions– Win Tickets to Bond Movie Promotion
1.
Promoter is SKYCITY Adelaide Pty Ltd t/as Adelaide Casino of North Terrace, Adelaide, SA. ABN 72 082 362 061
(hereafter known as “Adelaide Casino”).

The promotion commences at 6am on Friday 6th November 2015 and concludes at 9pm on Sunday 15th
November 2015.

The promotion is only available to Adelaide Casino customers who are actively playing at any Blackjack,
Pontoon, Roulette or Baccarat tables on the main gaming floor and Premier Rewards members who play any
electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) with their membership card activated on the main gaming floor during the
promotional period. Any play on Rapid Roulette, Rapid Baccarat, Vegas Star Roulette or in the Grange,
Platinum and BLACK Room is excluded from qualifying for this promotion.

To qualify for an entry ticket on selected Table Games, a qualifying player must be actively playing Blackjack,
Pontoon, Roulette or Baccarat on the main gaming floor at Adelaide Casino, where the Dealer/Supervisor will
provide relevant players with an entry ticket in accordance with the following criteria:

Blackjack/Pontoon Table: Players who have a legal wager in either a Blackjack/Pontoon betting box or
the Perfect Pairs betting box on a Blackjack/Pontoon table and that particular betting box is dealt a pair
of 7s.
4.2
Baccarat Table: Players who have a legal wager on either “Banker” or “Player” on a Baccarat table and
that hand results in a total of 7.
4.3
Roulette Table: Players who have a legal wager directly placed on the winning number (Straight up) of 7
on a Roulette table.
A Premier Rewards member will also be credited with the corresponding amount of entry tickets based on the
criteria below, whilst playing on an EGM during the promotional period:
5.1 Be credited with 1 entry ticket once 7 points are earned per promotional day
5.2 Be credited with 1 extra entry ticket once a further 70 points are earned per promotional day (a total of
77 points earned)
5.3 Be credited with another entry ticket once a further 100 points are earned per promotional day (a total of
177 points earned)

A maximum of 3 entry tickets are earned whilst playing on Gaming Machines per member per promotional
day, assuming all three ticket earning criteria are achieved.

Players who received the entry tickets on Table Games will need to complete the entry tickets by writing their
full name, membership number (if applicable), address and contact number on the entry ticket and then place
it in the designated entry bin at the Premier Rewards desk to be eligible to be in the running for a chance to
win a prize. Players who are credited with entry tickets on EGM’s will need to print their entry tickets available
through any kiosk within the Casino and then place it in the designated entry bin at the Premier Rewards desk
to be eligible to be in the running for a chance to win a prize.
8.
There will be a daily prize draw at 9pm at the Premier Rewards desk during the promotional period, where 5
entry tickets will be randomly drawn by a promotional host (or delegate) each draw night (one at a time), the
prize for each drawn winner is a double pass ticket to the Bond Movie at the Wallis Cinemas, valued at $23
each. Tickets must be used during the period from 12th November 2015 until the expiry date, and subject to
availability at the Wallis Cinemas.

The entry bin will be emptied at the end of the promotional period (which will be retained for at least 3
months by Adelaide Casino).
10. The winners’ names will be announced through the PA system in Adelaide Casino. If any of the prize winners
are not present at the time of the draw, they will be notified by telephone by an Adelaide Casino employee (or
delegate). Adelaide Casino will make every reasonable endeavour to contact the winners, who will also be
sent a letter within 5 days of the draw advising them they have won the prize and how to collect it. If any of
the prizes remain unclaimed for more than 30 days after the last draw date, then they will be considered
forfeited.
11. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all their details on the entry tickets are accurate. In the event
that any of the drawn entry tickets are found to be illegible, not original tickets or otherwise ineligible, a redraw will be conducted by using the same method outlined in clause 8 until a winner has been determined.
12. Customers must enter their own tickets into the entry bin to be eligible to win a prize.
13. The total value of all prizes on offer for this promotion is $2,300.
14. Details of all winners in excess of $250 will be published in the Advertiser Public Notices section on
Wednesday 18th November 2015.
15. Employees of Adelaide Casino and companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible
to enter.
16. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of the conditions of entry and confirms acceptance to
participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that Adelaide Casino may request, including photographs
and use of their image on the Adelaide Casino website.
17. Failure to observe the Conditions of Entry may result in disqualification.
18. Adelaide Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of
taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Entry is not open to persons under 18 years of age.
20. Adelaide Casino management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
