ISA Senior Instructor Course The ISA Senior Instructor is an experienced Instructor who has been trained to take on the task of leading a team of ISA instructors in the safe and effective delivery of ISA accredited training courses within an ISA Training Centre. In doing so they will act as: Leader; Manager; Technical Expert; and Instructor. This is done through a 5 day course: Shorebased briefing and administration; Review of shorebased knowledge and waterbased skills; Instructors delivering sessions with peer / Trainer review. Each course has 8 places and is run by two ISA Instructor Trainers Courses are run and administered by the approved Training Centre. The sailing area must be suitable for running all aspects of those courses appropriate to the workshop being run. The boats must be ready to rig sails and foils and then go sailing.
