Birthday Rental Form
Birthday Rentals are available Monday through Sunday when the water park is open. Call the Y for
times.
Each rental is available for 2 hours. Refreshments will be served the last 30 minutes of the party.
Parents of the birthday child are responsible for getting the children to the concession area on time.
Person booking the party must be a Christian County Y Member to get Member price. Members can
only book parties for family members. 10 guest minimum. They are responsible for gathering
everyone in the viewing area and going to the Aquatic Center as a group.
Price includes a hot dog, drink and a choice of cupcake or sno-cone. All food must be provided by the
YMCA, but if you choose the sno-cone option, you can bring a cake or cupcakes.
Treat bags are permitted but must be dispersed at the end of the party. Latex balloons are welcome
but we ask for no glitter, Silly String or confetti please.
Parents of the birthday child are freely admitted to the party. Any chaperone above this number will
have to pay a guest pass if not a member with the exception: if you have children under the age of
8; there must be one adult present in the water for every 4 children under 8. These additional
adults are allowed into the Aquatic Center for free.
Everyone entering the Aquatic Center must wear a swim suit. Rash guard, surf and water shirts are
acceptable but all regular cotton t-shirts must be white.
Only Coast Guard approved lifejackets are acceptable. The Coast Guard symbol must be legible.
Children with lifejackets are not allowed down Big Blue and must be within arms-reach of adults at
all times. No water-wings allowed. No exceptions.
Children under 6 are not allowed in Hot Tub, Steam room or Dry Sauna. Children must be 16 to use
these adult facilities by themselves (Hot tub, Steam room or Dry Sauna).
You must be taller than 42” to ride Big Blue. Catching of children off of Big Blue is prohibited
Interactive area is designed for children under 7. Larger children may be asked to leave area if they
become disruptive.
All YMCA Rules and Regulations will be enforced.
A non-refundable down payment of $30 is due upon booking the party. The balance is due upon
arriving at the YMCA the day of the party.


any causes of injuries sustained out of the participation of the applicants in the YMCA Birthday Rental and hereby release all
said individuals from such claims and liabilities. The undersigned acknowledges that in all activities there are certain risks of
physical injuries and all persons participate at their own risk. I hereby consent to the participation of the applicants in the
above mentioned YMCA program under the above mentioned conditions.
